Process

Anything not specified in dm’s will be left to artistic liberty. You are allowed to request a do-over if you are not pleased with initial sketch concepts, but after the commissioner has chosen a sketch to proceed with, only minor edits are permitted. I allow two opportunities for edits and adjustments before charging a $10 fee per edit. So please be thorough and concise.Preferred Methods of Communication:

TwitterPlease inform me if these methods of communication do not work for you, so we can find a suitable arrangement.When the commission is complete I will send you the finished piece in high quality via google drive.Commissioners should receive a response to a dm within 48 hours, excluding weekends.

Payment & Refunds

Purchase does not mean acceptance on ko-fi. You are pre-paying for a commission slot, and if I cannot fulfill your request you will get a refund.If a commission is not completed by the turn-around deadline, you are eligible for a refund, but you will not receive your commission.Emergency refunds are left to my discretion.If you cannot pay through ko-fi, contact me and we can discuss alternative payment methods.Commissions are not to be used for commercial work. If you are found using my artwork for commercial purposes you will be blacklisted.

Turn Around

Sketch Commissions are 7-14 days.Rendered Commissions are 7-21 days.Backgrounds, detailed designs, and requested edits can add up to fourteen days to anticipated turn-around.48hr sketches will be completed within 48 hours, excluding holidays, weekends, and emergencies.If there are any delays in your commission, you will be informed beforehand. If your commission is particularly detailed and time intensive, I will do my best to keep you personally updated at LEAST weekly.If you are interested in the state of your commission or would like more information on when it will be complete, you can dm me. I will gladly inform you on where I am and when I plan to complete it. I try to respond to all dms within 48 hours excluding holidays, weekends, and emergencies.
